Your Role:
As a Mobile Project Manager Specialist at MobiBank, you will play a crucial role in leading and coordinating mobile projects from initiation to completion. Your key responsibilities will include:
Planning and executing mobile banking projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, testers, and stakeholders, to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
Developing and maintaining project plans, schedules, and resource allocations.
Monitoring project progress, identifying risks, and implementing mitigation strategies to ensure successful project outcomes.
Facilitating effective communication and collaboration among team members and stakeholders.
Conducting regular project status meetings, preparing progress reports, and presenting updates to management.
Requirements:
To excel in this role, you should possess:
Proven experience as a project manager, preferably in mobile application development or related fields.
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools, with a focus on agile methodologies.
Familiarity with mobile technologies, platforms, and development processes.
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Exceptional communication and leadership abilities to foster collaboration and drive project success.
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving project-related challenges.
The ability to adapt to changing project requirements and navigate through ambiguity.
Project management certifications, such as PMP or ScrumMaster, are a plus.
