Your Role:
As a Mobile Patent Specialist at MobiBank, you will be responsible for managing our mobile technology patent portfolio. Your key responsibilities will include:
Conducting comprehensive patent searches to identify relevant prior art and assess patentability of our mobile innovations.
Collaborating with inventors, legal teams, and external partners to draft patent applications for our mobile banking technologies.
Assisting in patent prosecution, including responding to office actions and working closely with patent examiners.
Conducting patent landscape analysis and providing strategic guidance on patent filing and enforcement.
Monitoring competitor patent activities and analyzing potential risks or opportunities.
Ensuring compliance with intellectual property laws and maintaining accurate patent records.
Requirements:
To excel in this role, you should possess:
A degree in law, engineering, or a related field.
Experience as a patent specialist, patent agent, or in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of patent law and procedures, particularly in the mobile technology domain.
Familiarity with mobile banking technologies, including mobile apps, authentication methods, data encryption, etc.
Excellent analytical and research skills, with attention to detail.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with inventors and legal teams.
The ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Familiarity with patent databases and search tools.
