Your Role:
As a Lawyer at MobiBank, you will play a vital role in providing legal counsel and guidance to support our business operations. Your key responsibilities will include:
Ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards, particularly in the financial and mobile banking sectors.
Conducting legal research, interpreting laws and regulations, and providing legal advice to internal stakeholders.
Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, agreements, and legal documents.
Assessing and managing legal risks associated with business operations, partnerships, and new initiatives.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including compliance, risk management, and business development, to address legal issues.
Keeping up-to-date with changes in relevant laws and regulations and providing proactive guidance to ensure compliance.
Requirements:
To excel in this role, you should possess:
A law degree from an accredited institution and a valid license to practice law.
Proven experience as a lawyer, preferably in the financial industry or a related field.
Deep knowledge of financial regulations, contract law, and intellectual property.
Excellent legal research, analysis, and drafting skills.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
